Specific exemptions for Annex A chemicals: Expired in 2009

As at 17 May 2009, there were no Parties registered for the specific exemptions listed in Annex A pertaining to aldrin, chlordane, dieldrin, heptachlor, hexachlorobenzene, and mirex. Therefore, in accordance with paragraph 9 of Article 4 of the Convention, no new registrations may be made with such exemptions.
